Delia was born in Miami, Florida in a house set back from the road surrounded by tall pine and coconut palm trees.
A Graduate of NYU School of the Arts, Delia loved to paint and draw from as early as she can remember. She began her art career on the sidewalks of midtown Manhattan. Soon afterwards she began showing her etchings, collographs and paintings in galleries and gift stores internationally.
Publishers and collectors of her artwork have included Sony Plaza in Japan, UNICEF, Hadassah, Bodum, Random House, and Target. Her artwork is also in hundreds of private collections globally
Ms. Reiss has lived on the North Fork the past 24 years where she raised her son. She currently practices real estate, serves on the board of Northeast Stage, and continues to paint and draw.
